lazz.org operates as an official WeTransfer B.V. development mirror for the following purposes:

2. Data Retention
2.1 Shared Content
All content shared via our platform is stored until:
- The original uploader deletes the content
- The specified retention period expires
- The content violates our Terms of Use
2.2 Encryption
All uploaded files are stored encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Access is only possible via the generated share link.
2.3 Automatic Deletion
Content without activity is automatically deleted after the following periods:
- Unused files: 90 days
- Temporary shares: according to the period set by the uploader
- Inactive accounts: 180 days without login
3. Access and Control
3.1 User Rights
You have the right at any time to:
- View your uploaded files
- Delete files
- Revoke share links
- Request complete deletion of your data
3.2 Backup and Recovery
We perform regular backups following WeTransfer's industry-standard practices. After content deletion, it may remain in backups for up to 30 days before permanent removal.
4. Privacy and Security
Data security is our highest priority. We use:
- End-to-end encryption for all uploads
- Secure SSL/TLS connections
- Regular security audits
- Data storage in ISO-certified data centers within the EU
- Compliance with GDPR and international data protection standards
